Avoid at all costs! – This place is a dump! It should be condemned. Its website totally misrepresents the quality of the accommodations. Many things are falling apart and the owners do not care as long as they have your credit card number.

Look before getting the Wicker Room – We stayed three nights in the "Wicker Room" at Baileys Harbor Ridges Resort and Lakeview Suite. We were very dissatisfied. Our expectations for the quality of our accommodations was set by the price, the descriptions provided by the Baileys Harbor Ridges Resort web site and the proprietor's description. Bad Ridges Resort Experience – As groom for a wedding in 2004, I used the Ridges as a site for guests. I had at least five complaints from guests regarding dealings with the owner and his desk clerk. Complaints ranged from harassing phone calls related to check and credit card payments, and full charges for rooms cancelled long before the wedding.
