My son was on the outpatient floor for 12 days. Not once did they clean the room. There also didn’t seem to be much communication between doctors and nurses. He also needs to have the doctors to tell who ever is in charge of the Mn Medical family leave that he has been in the hospital and they refuse. If they want payment, they should be willing to help him. Very disappointed with Fairview for so many reasons!
