Daughter buying 1st home. We should have ran other way! Ryan changing his side of the deal every time he opened his mouth. Agreed to a price, then changed, made other commitments then changed. Everything was slippery and shady and we ended up paying $600 to haul off trash because he made a deal with someone else and didn’t make it right with us. Buyer beware and run run run!! It isn’t what it seems!
I never write reviews, but my experience with Ridgemoor was so positive I just had to share.... I was so scared to sell my house with as crazy as the market has been lately. I thought it'd be a total hassle and that I would get lost in the process. But Ridgemoor's team made it SO easy. They came to me with a cash offer and made sure I was kept well-informed throughout the whole process. You can tell they really care. Everyone really went above and beyond :D

Some of my close friends went through this company and had the worst experience! Be ware!!!!! Horrible what happened to them!!!!!
