I never write reviews, but my experience with Ridgemoor was so positive I just had to share.... I was so scared to sell my house with as crazy as the market has been lately. I thought it'd be a total hassle and that I would get lost in the process. But Ridgemoor's team made it SO easy. They came to me with a cash offer and made sure I was kept well-informed throughout the whole process. You can tell they really care. Everyone really went above and beyond :D

Some of my close friends went through this company and had the worst experience! Be ware!!!!! Horrible what happened to them!!!!!
The WORST people to rent from or do business with. Some of my very closest friends took 10k out of their pocket to fix one of Ridgemoor’s Washington Commercial spaces with unknown to them MAJOR interior water and termite damage. They refused to fix anything or even communicate about the issues. They also refuse to pay back the money spent or help fix the problem. They are crooks and slumlords. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM
