I reached out regarding gutter repair. I have a gutter that is not properly sloped towards the downspout. I sent the description and picture of what was going on at their request. The response was that the pitch of a gutter cannot be corrected without replacing them, which is not accurate. Pretty disappointed at the attempt to upsell me to new gutters.
