Katie was very polite and was able to get me scheduled and also let me know what to expect going forward. Wonderful customer service.
They did a great job on my gutters but now I can't get them to come back and fix an area that is leaking. I've made several attempts to contact them including running into a couple guys that work for them at a restaurant. One was trying to help and the other was rude and trash talking about it to another customer.
My insurance agent recommended this company, reviews were great and the quoted price was affordable. My only issue, communication was terrible and customer service from the representative was almost nonexistent. I had Maurice come out for a quote after the storm we had that left a leak in my ceiling, which was given and he even recommended fixing something else on the roof, which I appreciated.
