Micheal was very easy to talk to, and returns messages the same day. He was able to find and fix my leaking shingle issues very quickly. Will definitely give him a shout when I have more roof problems!
Michael Beasley came out for an estimate and actually fixed the issue in less than an hour, it was a small issue so he didn’t even bother to charge me.
Awful experience. The guy showed up and went onto my roof and sounded completely sure that if I filed a claim my insurance would approve the new roof but after the inspector checked and denied the claim the Ridgeline guy came down by behind him talking like a recording of the inspector's explanation of why it was declined. They have no clue if you're going to be approved for the work but they butter you up to convince you just for you to go through the process. Deceptive and misleading company.
