Ridgeline did a great job painting the exterior of our contemporary style house in Branford. Jim took the time to research the right type of paint for a new type of siding we used for an addition, and we appreciated that attention to detail. The entire crew was highly professional, super responsive and just nice people to deal with. We had a few areas that needed special attention due to age and rotting wood and everything came out great. We will definitely work with these guys again and happy to make this recommendation.

If we could give Ridgeline Painting10 stars, we would. When they say customer satisfaction is their ultimate goal, they truly mean it. The painters and the site supervisor show up on time, do impeccable work, clean up every day and they are up front about all costs. Jim and his crew are total professionals. Ridgeline did a fantastic job in every way. The prepping and painting were excellent -- all high-quality work, very careful and thorough -- and the crew were incredibly respectful of our property. Communication was terrific, too. They always let us know what to expect and showed up exactly when promised. I would highly recommend Jim McDonnell and his team at Ridgeline Painting. From initial scope review through final cleanup, you will not be disappointed with the degree of professionalism that Ridgeline brings to the table. It is extremely difficult to find a quality painting contractor capably of performing any size project, Jim and crew are more than able to accomplish whatever scope of painting needs you require.
