Horrible company. Even the phone number on this site is no longer working. Not that you would get a call back anyway if you live or your parent lives at a facility Ridgeline manages and have an issue or complaint. My mother was charged for services she did not recieve for months and months. I was blown off by the administrator at the facility when I tried to discuss this issue. This company ran my building I currently work at to the ground! They didn't know what the heck they were doing, the owner was terrible at communicating and didn't know any of the struggles of the CNA's and made it harder for them. Whatever you do, do NOT make this company run your building!
This company ran my building I currently work at to the ground! They didn't know what the heck they were doing, the owner was terrible at communicating and didn't know any of the struggles of the CNA's and made it harder for them. Whatever you do, do NOT make this company run your building!
Whatever you do, do not let your company be run by this management. They have horrible communication skills and they are extremely rude to their workers! Lisa has no idea what happens at the different facilities she owns.
