Ridgeline corporate owes me over $3000 for days after my wife passed away. They won’t answer the phone or respond to messages or emails. Do not place your loved one with any property owned by Ridgeline Management as they will rip you off.
My father lived at their facility, The Peaks at Clinton in Utah. The people at the facility were the best people on the planet. Apparently they sold it with no notice and I have been trying to get my dad's rent money back as he died on the 9th of the month. This is the most frustrating ordeal I have ever had. I recently reached out via email (Web based inquiry) AND voicemail, yet never received any communication back from this company. This company formerly managed the community where my recently deceased mother lived, and I simply needed some yearly receipts for tax purposes.
