I have a small company that partnered with Ridgeline in Lansing Michigan. When they sold to another company, Ridgeline in Lansing owed my small company $15,760 for services. They never paid us and we are in the process of pursuing legal action.
Not even a star. They are out of TX and own the Ridge at Stratford here in AZ. They did not sign contract and took my move in for 3k plus. All senior living placements agents everywhere beware.
I’m at still waiting for payment on a property you guys hired our company to do! Please call out office and make your $6000.00 payment we’ve spent countless hours calling you guys! Enough is enough
