I recently reached out via email (Web based inquiry) AND voicemail, yet never received any communication back from this company. This company formerly managed the community where my recently deceased mother lived, and I simply needed some yearly receipts for tax purposes. I have worked for/with Ridgeline Management Company for 13 years. Over this time I have seen many changes, most for the good. They always answer my questions, continuously provide me with training and education to help me be a better administrator, and have gone above and beyond to ensure the care and safety of residents and staff during this trying pandemic. I currently work for this company and I love my residents but the company needs to do more for the residents and its employees. We used to be a memory care unit but some how we were thrust into assisted living without notice. I’m trained to work with all types of elderly people but most of my coworkers are not. We don’t get paid enough to go through what we do. If the owner would just take time to come see us and hear our voices I know it would make a difference. #theridgeatpikevile
