Dr. Chu is great! I went in for my yearly physical like normal. Had new insurance from last year and I let the front desk know. They said that they already had it in their system and I was good to go! Two weeks later I'm being charged $475. Apparently when the front desk verifies your insurance, they don't actually verify it to make sure everything's good. I'm being told that I should have called my insurance in addition to them telling me I'm good to actually make sure I'm good. By the way, my Dr's name is LITERALLY on my i... read more

I saw Dr Little for acute prostatitis which is one of the most painful conditions I’ve ever had.. I can honestly say he’s the best doctor I’ve ever seen before and I feel lucky to have seen him. Visited Dr Arnott for the first time and after waiting in the waiting room for 25 minutes, I was finally called back, waited for another 10 minutes and then was seen by the doctor for 15 minutes for a wellness check. I was then sent back to the waiting room to get blood drawn and left, after 15 minutes of more waiting, having given up on the blood draw. Preventative care is covered by my plan at 100% and was surprised when I received a bill for $115. Upon calling my insurance and their billing department, I learned they bill... read more

Loved my PcP. When she left the practice they wanted to charge me to reestablish care as a new patient and would not let me schedule an annual exam (I was told I “would have to come in for another appointment”). Another example of our amazing healthcare system.
