Loved my PcP. When she left the practice they wanted to charge me to reestablish care as a new patient and would not let me schedule an annual exam (I was told I “would have to come in for another appointment”). Another example of our amazing healthcare system.
Overcharged for a basic visit. Was billed for 49 minutes for talking to doctor for about 5. Most impersonal doctor I’ve ever seen. More expensive than any of my specialist. Check your bill!
I have been having an awful experience with this office practice for last 2 years. The doctor did not put the right code for annual physical visit lab work and my insurance rejected the claim. My insurance provided the right codes to me to talk to this office. But this office has declined to update it this year which ended up for me to pay a large bill for lab work instead of $0 to very minimal amount. In the 1 week since Dr ashraf left this place has gone down the drain. I called Tuesday for a refill of my medication it's now Friday no one has answered my request I called again and was told no one made a note of my call and that I need to allow 72 more hours for them to fill it. I was told "ohhh it's OK I understand" no you really really don't understand this is medication that makes me able to participate in my own life instead of being completely useless. Don't give me your pity give me the help I'm BEGGING for.
