Does your phone number work? I have called and left three messages at different times of the day asking for a call back to get my prescription refilled. It has been over a couple of weeks trying to get medicine I am out of. I have been going here for more than 7 years and at this point would not recommend to anyone with severe health needs.
If you actually want an appointment to see a doctor, do NOT schedule at this practice. If you're sick and need to be seen and/or establish care, do NOT schedule at this practice. I scheduled a new patient appointment here, changed my PCP with my insurance, and planned my entire work schedule around it, and just before my appointment this practice called and said they accidentally scheduled me with a practitioner that is not accepting new patients. This office didn’t meet my expectations for care. Provider was distracted during initial visit to establish care and took over a week to respond to a follow up question (portal states 48 hours). It also took 3 phone calls to elicit a response.

I arrived to my new patient appointment a little less than 10 minutes early, was one signature away from finishing my new patient paperwork by my appointment time, and was then told that I needed to reschedule because I was not 15 minutes early. It does not say anywhere that if you are not 15 minutes early that you will not be seen — only at the bottom of the email reminder is there any mention of it and it merely asks that you arrive 15 minutes early. Great care team, however the phone answering, leave your name and number workflow is not operating well. Return call occurs however no one on the line when the call is received.
