As a homeowner living on the top of a hill in Hiawassee, we are exposed to heavy winds as storms pass through. Over the last 2 years we have lost shingles multiple times due to these storms. After each event, I would call Ridgeline Roofing and ask that they help me out with shingle replacement. Within a day of each call, Folks from Ridgeline would respond and repair the damage. We just replaced the original roof (2008) and after receiving several quotes, we decided on Ridgeline Exteriors, they were competitive on pricing and their responsiveness was amazing. Jimmy was great, extremely quick to respond whether it was text or phone call. Ashley was very gracious responding quickly to my emails and questions.
