New roof installed July 22 & 23, 2025. Very hard working subcontractor crew. Quote was done quickly and within a few weeks install, no complaints and fair price. Only delayed due to heat, completely understandable. Clean up meticulous with magnets and crew, never know they were here. Duration Flex Onyx Black shingles Owen Corning. Attached are the photos. We had vinyl siding/windows put on/in by Ridgeline last February/March after having to wait for over a year for them to even begin work. Following installation, there have been multiple issues or problems that have arose from the lack of care their team had during the process. For starters, the team did a poor job with ensuring that they cleaned up the debris that resulted from removing the old siding and we have since found over 50+ nails and screws throughout our yard that kids in the neighborhood run around and play in.
