I had a very disappointing experience working with Ridgeline Consultants, LLC. Communication throughout the project became extremely unprofessional, and Lin was very rude and dismissive when I raised legitimate concerns regarding a serious retaining wall design issue. Despite providing photos and clearly explaining that the retaining wall placement was directly affecting the main storefront entrance, my concerns were repeatedly ignored instead of being properly reviewed and addressed. Would not use them again or recommend. Lin is very rude and unprofessional. makes promises then wont keep them. Clearly they don't need the business so dont use them there are much better companies out there that do this work
