Would not use them again or recommend. Lin is very rude and unprofessional. makes promises then wont keep them. Clearly they don't need the business so dont use them there are much better companies out there that do this work
Great work fast responsive
After 12 months of painfully slow progress on a site plan for a new home, they stopped responding completely. After numerous phone calls, emails and follow ups, I finally got Jiunguang Lin on the phone and asked him for the status of my project. He was instantly rude and refused to tell me what the status was, when it would be completed, and then told me "It's America, if I don't like it, I can go somewhere else." I did.
