Was a little scared when I went to trade in my car, but you can tell Justin is very passionate about what he does and truly does care about you and the car you choose to leave with. Both him and Tessa were amazing. Every question I had was answered and I ended up leaving with a Tiguan that I’m absolutely in love with, thanks to all of their help. 10/10 experience the whole way through
