PLEASE READ!!!!! Let me start by saying I am a registered dental assistant who works in peds. This dental office is so unorganized and unprofessional. I took my children’s father there for a cleaning. As soon as we walked in i felt like something was off. Our appointment was at 9:30, the cleaning took over 2 hours. The hygienist was on leave, so the dentist did the cleaning. His bed side manner was appalling, he didn’t even introduce himself. I have NEVER seen a cleaning so chaotic. The experience began early in the morning on the day of my appointment, just 30 minutes before I was informed that my dental insurance could not be located. After expressing my concern that I did have coverage, Amy and I collaborated to resolve the issue.
