I have mixed reviews. Dr. Lawlor is fabulous. Unfortunately I've had to see her for more than one root canal, but they were very quick and easy. Where I've become frustrated is with the billing. During my last visit I was VERY CLEAR my insurance benefits were maxed out and I needed to pay for the entire thing out of pocket. I was prepared to do so and paid what i was told was the total at around $1400. To my surprise I received another bill in the mail for $250. Where did that come from? This was easily one of the best dental experiences I've had, and I've had many. Both the front office and clinical staff were super friendly and really made sure I was comfortable with each part of my visit. They made a concerted effort to keep me informed and make sure all my questions and concerns were directly addressed in a way I easily understood them. My experience was pain free and efficient. Lots of modern equipment and friendly staff. Wonderful!
Dr. Lawson did a root canal for me this morning. It was effortless [on my part) and pain-free. She is a kind and gentle doctor, with great bedside manner. I appreciated her telling me what she was doing throughout the procedure, as well as providing a recap with before and after x-rays afterward. Her office is very calming and you couldn't ask for a nicer staff. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish.
This is the best dental experience I have ever had. Everyone was so nice and the doctor was the best. Thank you so much for making this such a good experience.
