It took the dr a long time to see my mom after her cleaning. My mom has Ahlzeimers so it was difficult for her to sit there that long. We had no idea what was going on. The dr did apologize, but by that time my mom wasn’t having it. This is a new dr to the practice. We have been going there for many years to see a WONDERFUL dentist who passed away. The staff was on top of my care. I didn't have to wait. The dentist took the time with me and discussed options to keep my teeth healthy. My hygienist demonstrated kindness and explained her steps along the way.
I received a warm welcome reception by Jessica when I arrived for my appointment. Diane, the hygienist was very professional and attentive to my concerns and questions. Dr. Son was professional and addressed my dental needs. He is very personable and engaging and a great addition to their practice. I highly recommend this practice.
This is a great dentist office. Diane is an absolutely amazing dental hygienist. Very friendly staff, will recommend to friends
Only in for a cleaning but it was well done and the interaction with Diane was wonderful
