The person who conducted my MRI, was awesome. Super nice, very patient with my nervousness and got me through it with out me freaking out (which has happened before). He made sure I was as comfortable as I could be! Thank you Efron! Would have given 5 but the front office staff needs to work on their customer service skills...acknowledge your patients if they need to wait for a few minutes (eye contact, a smile & a greeting is all it takes).
