Best Glass Installers I know I am a contractor who often does bathroom remodels. I have been using Ridgefield Glass for 10 years. I would recommend no-one else! They have consistently provided me with on time service, and quality work. On the 30+ jobs we have done together I have never received a call back. In the past this was not the case with other glass fabricators and installers. The clincher is.....wait for it....they are better priced then 90% of their competition. Caviat Emptor Purely based on Dee M's review, and I quote" I hired Ridgefield Glass to do a job at my house. Their worker broke my glass shower enclosure, he apologized and said that they would pay to replace the broken panel. Two days later the owner called to give me a price for the replacement glass!! I told him that they should fix what they broke, he told me that there is always an "implied" risk when working with glass. I have glass in my shower, in my tub, on the floor and now I have to take them to court to get them ... read more
Very happy about new FRAMELESS SHOWER!!!! I am very happy with the shower ridgefield glass just installed, after 20 years we finally upgraded to a FRAMELESS!!! The technicians were curtious and professional, I am recommending them to my mom who will be redoing her bathroom next year!
Good service Prompt reliable service and the best price of the 4 quotes we got. glass was delayed a little, but the were very accommodating about getting it done after hours
Re-buttle As for the women who wrote about us breaking the glass, we informed her in writing about the distinct possibility of the glass breaking while trying to remove it (gave it to her in writing). After the glass broke we again explained to her how it was not uncommon for this to happen and reminded her that we told her before hand. We offered to install the new panel without labor charge but she had to pay (out cost) for the glass only.
Ridgefield Glass Excellent service and very friendly to deal with! We had a very difficult shower to do and they were very patient with us in helping to design it.
No Shows ... Called to get an estimate on a replacement window. Ridgefield Glass scheduled a time to come over to do measurments but they never showed up. When I called to see about my appointment there was no answer. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
custormer Ridgefield Glass gave me wonderful service. I ordered a glass table top and since it was ordered it did not arrive on time. I called the store and the man drove to the warehouse and delivered the top and installed it on a Saturday morning. This all happened before people arrived for a party. I was grateful for the superior service.
