I can’t believe this happened to us! We had a tour scheduled today at 1:00 PM, which was confirmed multiple times. We arrived right on time — only to find the leasing office completely closed. We called every number available, and no one answered. We waited for over 30 minutes, and another couple who also had a 1:00 PM tour was left waiting too.
