I can’t believe this happened to us! We had a tour scheduled today at 1:00 PM, which was confirmed multiple times. We arrived right on time — only to find the leasing office completely closed. We called every number available, and no one answered. We waited for over 30 minutes, and another couple who also had a 1:00 PM tour was left waiting too. We had a great experience working with Iris during our apartment search. From the beginning, she was responsive, helpful, and made the application process smooth. During our initial visit to the management office, we weren’t allowed to see the apartment in person, but Iris provided us a video and went the extra mile to arrange a time for us to view the unit before signing the lease. She was always available to answer our questions and made the whole process much easier. Highly recommend working with her!
