Hi, I lived here for close to 2 years. I lived on one apartment and transferred to another one after lease was over. On both occasions I was not allowed to see the apartments beforehand. The second time I transferred to another apartment and couldn't see the apartment there was a loud boiler in the bedroom, which NOONE told me about and I found out about it the day I moved in. I spent two years at this apartment complex, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. The management team, especially Lauren, was unprofessional and unresponsive. Emails were often ignored or answered after long delays, and when they did respond, it was clear they had no interest in addressing concerns or offering any help. She refuses to pick up calls and speak with residents. It's HORRIBLE.
