We had a great experience working with Iris during our apartment search. From the beginning, she was responsive, helpful, and made the application process smooth. During our initial visit to the management office, we weren’t allowed to see the apartment in person, but Iris provided us a video and went the extra mile to arrange a time for us to view the unit before signing the lease. She was always available to answer our questions and made the whole process much easier. Highly recommend working with her!
Hi, I lived here for close to 2 years. I lived on one apartment and transferred to another one after lease was over. On both occasions I was not allowed to see the apartments beforehand. The second time I transferred to another apartment and couldn't see the apartment there was a loud boiler in the bedroom, which NOONE told me about and I found out about it the day I moved in.
