Requested tour, got called same day. Applied, got a response the next day. Iris is also very helpful and responsive with every step after being approved.
I waited before i made this review because my experience wasn’t that bad. That was until i told I wouldn’t be getting my “holding” fee back after 2 days. To tell a person you’re going to keep almost $3000 for “holding” an apartment for 2 days is absurd. I understand there may have been something deducted, even though there was no one else looking at the apartment, but to say i won’t get anything back is a bit extreme.
I would like to give a big shout out to Martin from the maintenance team. He is always willing to go above and beyond to get to work done even if he has to stay after hours. there is a sewer smell in my apartment due to accumulated water in the basement. I called Martin after his working hours and he didn’t hesitate to come check it out.
The super Martin Pearson is amazing and always so helpful to me and my wife ever since I moved in, very great person!
