Dr. Drew and Dr. Stehn are the best!
Long hold times. Inpersonal receptionist. Not compassionate and doesn’t listen. Told me they didn’t take my insurance and I offered to pay cash. She still had to make sure that was ok (who doesn’t except cash?), but the Doctor not seeing new patients, no alternatives to help with a rare chronic condition. Really bad first impression. I can’t imagine what it would be like to actually be a patient and have to deal with the lack of empathy. Doctors and their staff often forget they’re in the healing business.
