They did a great job. My 2003 Taurus wagon is running like new(ish). Giuseppe was very patient explaining the problems. I know it’s not always easy to work on older cars. I’m sure I have many years left. I did not have a ride home and the tow truck guys- Tim, Samuel, and Gavin were extra special guys and very professional. Thank you again, Ridgecrest!!
This was the second time that we've called Ridgecrest in Franklin for assistance in Clayton, GA. (We have not had good luck finding decent tow drivers in Clayton). Lilly was her usual wonderful self and dispatched someone right away. The serviceman / expert, Tim, called us with an ETA and was right on time and absolutely wonderful. An older car had been abandoned in our driveway which didn't allow for additional parking. His knowledge of older cars was remarkable.
