Had service from them twice in a week, once for a jump start, once for towing. Very responsive both times and flexible on arrival time (and prompt). Justin took a great deal of car with loading my car on the tow truck, which I appreciate greatly. Highly recommend.

Had the unfortunate experience of crossing over a pot hole on the Blue Ridge Parkway August 17th just east of Cherokee. My Front Rim and Tire being Damaged in doing so. I was Forced to Call *HOG* for roadside assistance as the truck & trailer I used to visit was too far and the Bike Not Rideable. The lady was polite on the phone and I was soon called back and instructed to wait to hear from the Tow Truck Operator. I then waited patiently and then 'Dale' ~#20 Pulled up.
