This place is below terrible let’s just say that
I was a nurse at Ridge crest and the thing I loved most about being there was the leadership skills and compassion that the DON, Vicki had for our staff and residents. She always pushed the staff to realize the true meaning of caring for people and what it meant to be an advocate for the geriatric community. It's a small facility and I liked that, because it felt like a family. If you want quality care, then this is a great place to bring your loved one.
Both my Mother-in-Law and Father-in-Law reside here. The staff is caring, compassionate and attentive to both their needs. We had a lifestyle management company look for the best in Omaha that would meet our parent's needs and was within their budget. Ridgecrest is who they recommended and we chose them because of the fantastic staff and reputation. We have not been disappointed. It's a great place!
