When you go into the ER and you’re scared then to have the ER staff be so caring and kind makes a huge difference. Everyone was gentle, kind, and caring from the doctors. The nurses the technicians. Thank you so much.

The main nurse that was dealing with me was rude. The receptionist was still getting the height of my son, and I was talking to her, and she completely ignored me. Walk to the back without me knowing what room she went inside of. I just feel like her whole demeanor and attitude was very rude. I don’t go into Dr. Office very often so this just gives me more validation why because I don’t feel like you guys genuinely care about your patients

I was very fortunate on Wednesday afternoon emergency was not that busy I was out in a few hours they were very helpful and nice and doctored up my twisted knee

Very slow process. Eventually they will out process you. Takes time to do tests. Takes time to get results. They need their breakfast and lunch and dinner and it's a good thing my friend brought me dinner or I would be malnourished along with the million other things wrong with me. The people are really nice. The Dr Woolf was a caring guy. The phlebotomists were very considerate using larger gage needles for the blood draws and the I.V. line.
