Absolutely abominable experience at RRH.
Professional all-around at every level! RRH staff asked the right due diligent questions. The waiting area is safe, clean, and well staffed. Like other ERs, the wait time is contingent on the number of people. I was in out under 3 hours. Outstanding job to the the entire staff of RRH!
Took forever to give me my discharge papers and took forever to get my pregnancy results
Professional & Warm Everyone was incredibly helpful and accommodating — from the triage nurse and nursing staff to the CT tech and Dr. Shull. For an emergency visit, the experience was surprisingly smooth. . Thank you everyone!
Admitting and nurse Gilbert were very nice. Didn't get much help and waited an extremely long time.
