DO NOT rent here . Cheap shotty materials. No sound proofing at all . Can hear your neighbors burp and fart ... cant even listen to music in a decent manor walls are too thin ! Tiny units .. No storage. So if you come from a bigger house . You'll have to sell your stuff or put half in storage .... Landlord Sandi is absolutely HORRible the WORST landlord I have ever encountered in the 40 years I have rented in town.. she does not listen to complaints ... she does nothing about repeat offenders.... she tolerates illegal activi... read more

Been living here 9 months. Most tenants are great. Property manager is really nice to. But the maijuana smell in this building is absolutely terrible and constant. I'm not against people smoking but it's not allowed on the property, and yet it's so overpowering daily. I have had guests go stay in hotels or go home early because it literrly is like someone is smoking in my unit. Need a much stronger presence in the halls to find it instead of a letter every 3 months. That's the only thing that would make us move out from here... read more
It's almost 3 yrs since I reside at Ridgecrest, and it's an absolute delight. The other tenants are very friendly and are great to see ( even the 4 legged furry tenants also....as it is pet friendly). The cleanliness is great. Caron is a true gem, works really hard and takes pride in her work. The maintenance people are great also, and they are always on site and within 24 hrs from a maintenance request the issue is resolved. Then there is Sandi the site manager.
