I moved in on April 9, 2025 and I have been extremely happy. Ashlee, site manager goes over and beyond her call of duty. The building is very clean and maintained very well. I highly recommend Ridgecrest Place/Broadstreet properties…. A company that puts people first! I am happy to call RIDGECREST my home. Great job Ashlee !

Ashlee is an awesome site manager! Truly cares about the tenants, the site and her job! Been here 5+ years and the building is always pristine, and ashlee is honestly the best site manager we have had in all the years we have lived here! Great building to live in cause of her!

DO NOT rent here . Cheap shotty materials. No sound proofing at all . Can hear your neighbors burp and fart ... cant even listen to music in a decent manor walls are too thin ! Tiny units .. No storage. So if you come from a bigger house . You'll have to sell your stuff or put half in storage .... Landlord Sandi is absolutely HORRible the WORST landlord I have ever encountered in the 40 years I have rented in town.. she does not listen to complaints ... she does nothing about repeat offenders.... she tolerates illegal activi... read more
