Avoid at all costs! Property manager will make verbal agreements or concessions then walk them back months later. I had nails protruding from my carpet and it took them over 5 months to repair them. After the repairs were made the manager began harassing me with almost daily reminders of violations to the lease. I've spoken directly to the owner of the property and was advised I could leave without penalty, however the manager has taken it upon herself to ensure I can't leave until the end of my lease. Updated from two to one: They said that they are transparent, but when requested for evidences and how the deduction is calculated they don't answer. They even tried to write a 5 stars review for their own business which is a conflict of interest. Per the low star review: Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify that there are no terms “buried” regarding the deposit. If you read through the terms of application it states it very clearly, in the same sized font as the rest of the application, that we would withhold all or some of the deposit if you cancel after commitment. Initially your deposit would have been fully forfeited because it took more than 30 days to find a replacement tenant but we had an approved applicant move their application to this unit ... read more
This apartment complex has well-maintained units and friendly staff. However, there are three important factors to consider before signing a lease. First, be aware that the complex doesn't cover any utilities except for trash removal. Second, there's a concerning clause buried in the fine print stating that the entire deposit can be forfeited if you need to back out of the lease for any reason. They don't inform you of this.
