Impatient staff who did not meet basic needs. Long story short, the nurses here fed my grandma food she was unable to eat due to a sensitive stomach and lactose intolerance. They fed her spiced and complex foods, as well as cottage cheese everyday, eventhough her chart told them of her issues. The nurses were impatient and did not meet the basic needs of my grandmother.
