I have lived in Ridgecrest Vancouver for about 2 years and I couldn’t be more grateful for my stay. I’ve been in both the one and two bedroom units, they’re not necessarily the most boujie apartments but they large and well kept. The absolute best part about this place is the community. The property manager Mary Ann is blunt, but she will go to bat for you if you have any problem: management or otherwise. I’d literally pick her in a fight. So unprofessional ask about rent started to raise her voice when we just come to ask questions about renting she was really rude
I have lived here for three years and every negative review of the manager is 100% correct! It truly breaks my heart the way Maryann treats people. I have experience not only as a landlord but in landlord tenant law. She should be, at minimum, charged with harassment against many residents here. She plays favorites and gives different rules to different people. She manipulates the owners and convinces them somehow that he is sweet and innocent when she is anything but.
