Can't say enough AMAZING THINGS about Dr P and his staff! I drove 45mins on a recommendation, and could not be happier I did! The entire staff is extremely friendly and caring and Dr P....well, he is truly one of a kind! His bedside manner is invaluable and genuine. He performed ACL surgery on Thursday, and he has already called me every day since to check in on my baby! (It's SATURDAY!) I would recommend Dr. Petrantro to anyone in need of a surgeon for their fur baby!
The staff and the surgeon are very kind and professional. The vet took the time to educate me about my drugs surgery and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this practice.
I just had an appointment with Dr. Gaddy and she was great! I am thrilled that Dr. Petranto is back in charge! Due to his unavailability at times, I have seen other vets over the years, but Dr. Petranto far surpasses any other vet I have been to. He truly loves all animals and takes the absolute best care of my fur-babies! I highly recommend any practice that Dr. Petranto is involved with!
Dr. Alex was awesome! She is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I took my beagle for his annual appointment and some vaccinations. She thoroughly went over my dog and explained each step of the exam to me. The entire staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend Ridgecrest to all who would like a warm and welcoming environment to bring their pets for treatment.
I had a great experience at Ridge Crest. From the great communication with the front desk, to the modern facility, and the great care my dog received I highly recommended them. Dr. Petranto diagnosed my dog with confidence and reassurance and we had a great experience with surgery.
