The staff is amazing and caring. They always strive to give prompt service and show compassion to both us and our pets.
Dr Petranto and his staff are absolutely amazing! I come from PA initially because I heard about his bedside manner with the animals and had to get an opinion and possible surgery set up for our Travis who was 15 at his first surgery to remove his eye and Friday was his second surgery to remove his other eye. His staff are top notch with scheduling and anything else you need. Lily remembered Travis after all these months and was able to get Travis in. Could not have been better! My all-time vet could not take our situation as a same day visit and recommended Ridgecrest. I made the call and they scheduled our appt for the same day. I brought our kiddo in very aggravated mood due to us moving ( a lot going on) they quickly accessed the situation and diffused his outlook very quickly...... he is back home safe and sound for now I can't thank you all enough.
What an angel Dr. Alex is she took my cat in after my own vet wouldn’t help us I believe she saved my cat’s life we will never take our cat anywhere else
