I used to love this company but not anymore. Before covid I never had to worry about our insurance at all bc we has the best agent at Ridgebrook. Never had to ask her to shop our insurance EVER. When it was time to renew she called us EVERY year and would say we need to switch or we need to stay. Now if I do not call no one does anything for us at all. Why they would let Abby Johns go is beyind me because I'm sooo done. They do absolutely nothing. We have no idea who our agent even is. You talk to whoever answers the phone.
Ms. Cindy was EXTREMELY responsive and I genuinely appreciate that being as though I know she has a lot of customers to get back to. She found me some new, cheaper insurance in literally minutes. I would definitely recommend. 10/10!!
