I didn’t attend the course myself, but I handled the booking and communication. The online booking process was very easy, and communication was quick, clear, and helpful when I had questions or needed information. Customer service was excellent throughout. Overall, a very smooth experience and I would definitely recommend them.
We found the entire Ridge Team to be extremely skilled, professional and fun to work with. From our initial inquiries, to our actual course, we were impressed with the whole process. Their customer service administration is extremely responsive and friendly. We were grateful that they were willing to come on site to train with us. They made the course educational and fun all at the same time. Highly recommend!
Great course! Very interactive, learned a lot!
Sara and Rachel were competent and prepared instructors. They were clear in their delivery and encouraged questions throughout the session. They engaged participants throughout the day and provided various hands-on practice opportunities.
