Purchased a home in Lake Placid that had an existing system from this company. After multiple calls to set up a new account with no returned call discovered when I arrived at the house I no longer had the system. This seems to be very unprofessional and inconsiderate as I was left with stinky water. It was only today 4/10 that Buzzy returned my call a little to late. I would not recommend this company!
I wish I could review the company and give them our business since we heard they’re good and have all these good reviews but have been calling for days and can’t get a call back.

Buzzy came quickly after my call and only 2 days after that with our new system. He's fast, prompt, and professional. He has also been thorough and willing to do whatever it takes to make our water right. Highly recommend!
