What a FANTASTIC company. We have a very complicated roof that was damaged during hurricane IAN. We called Ridge Valley because they were both local to Marco Island and have the GREAT reviews you see here on Goggle. Bobby and Steven came out the same day and spent two hours, walking our roof, identifying problem areas, and discussing solutions with us. I have been seeing signs for this company all over Marco Island. i saw that they support St. Jude which i love that they give back. I decided to call before hurricane season to see about an estimate. I spoke with Agaytha. She was friendly and professional. she set up an inspection for an estimate.
This company is acting like a vulture after recent storms. Quality companies don’t need to be knocking on your doors soliciting. Their references and honest marketing endeavors (which does not include soliciting in non-solicitation communities) should suffice.
Kolton is a perfect example of what a young professional is! He is kind, respectful, attentive, pays attention to detail, takes initiative and made us feel like family. I would not want anyone else to help me or my family!
