NEVER RENT FROM RIDGE VALLEY!!! Used to be a nice community to live in a few years back!! Rude management and they are slow to fix any home repairs. Lots of cars parking on the road making it hard for cars to drive without having to pull to the side to let a car pass. Also, will raise the rent at the end of your lease forcing you to move within a months time or pay astronomical price increases without any home improvements to property. Rude staff! Slow to fix any repairs! Will raise the rent right at the end of your lease giving you one month to either move or pay the astronomical rent increase without doing any home improvements. So many cars parked on the road where you have to swerve to let cars pass. PLEASE DO NOT RENT AT THIS PARK!
