Does not honor Lifetime Warranty - AVOID I purchased several RIDGID power tools with lifetime warranty from Home Depot. RIDGID customer service now refuses to honor warranty (despite having honored it initially). AVOID these tools if you want an actual lifetime warranty. They keep changing the rules, seemingly in order to save $$$ and avoid paying; they don't seem to care about their original obligations. Decent tools, terrible service (unbelievable, really).
