I went just to get in some critter pets and ended up falling in love with a kitten named Ranger. The place was clean and didn't smell like animal waste. The staff was so nice and honest. I loved that they had people with chalanges help out. It was great to see there smiles when a task was completed.
The vet was so kind and gentle during a difficult time.
I had an emergency with my cat on Sunday night and had reached out to another emergency vet before my cousin recommended calling Ridge to Rivers. The experiences were vastly different. The first place I called did not ask questions about my poor suffering cat they just said to bring him in and began listing off charges. Very impersonal. Then I called here.
