Great customer service, had an issue with my Ego mower about a year ago and they fixed it quickly. Recently had another issue, brought it in, and ultimately it had to be replaced. They worked with Ego and took care of everything and kept me updated as the claim progressed. Very well run business.
Great and knowledgeable staff. Super friendly too! Answered my questions regarding my garden and also gave free samples of their organic fertilizers!
