I’ve been paying a $300 monthly association fee, which is one of the highest in the area, especially when other condo associations in Chicago Ridge charge only around $170 for similar units. Even townhomes in Orland Park, with 2 bedrooms, have association fees of just $185, and they offer amenities like a gym and pool.
