I’m writing this review to share a very disappointing and unacceptable experience at this clinic mostly with the Nurse Practitioner Melissa Snif!. This clinic serves mostly Hispanic community to be racial profiling and extremely unprofessional to their patients is very unethical and just wrong. Being treated differently and made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome should not be something to happen in a healthcare setting. Absolutely the worst, lazy nurses do not get referrals out to specialists. It's taking weeks to see specialist. For one other specialist it took six months to get the communication straighten out between Ridge Spring Fam Prac. and specialist. Im confident they would rather see you die than get proper medical treatment.
