A very pet-friendly place! Everyone is well trained and experienced and appointments are easy to get. You are not rushed and the vet and others explain the care plan in an easy to understand way. I Highly Recommend!!!! BTW, There covered metered parking in the municipal lot across the street.
Took my 3-year old rat terrier, Cookie, for shots and an exam. The vet prescribed Cytopoint as a replacement for the Apoquel she was taking. After a couple of days, Cookie is worse, not better. Scratching, red blotches, and bleeding….when I called the vet’s office, I was told the vet is out and will return next week and there is no covering vet. I was advised to go to another vet and that is the best advice Ridge Road Animal Hospital can give you.
