The parking garage is closed and they haven’t even fixed it. We have alarms going off saying at 3 am waking my child up saying may I have your attention pls multiple times saying there is a emergency that was reported in the building pls stay in your apartment that did not stop. I DONT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE. You don’t even have a parking garage the building is owned by the bank. The only exceptional thing is the units have a lot of space. As current tenant, I honestly think the apartment units themselves are great and bigger than others of similar quality and price range. The reason for the low ratings are probably due how difficult it is to get a unit in this apartment and service repair. With a new leasing management and office being added, it should be getting better. But again, the apartment itself is great so don't get the wrong idea :)
Please be careful with this management company. I left this property this July, but they have never returned my deposit. It has been over 3 months. Even though I asked them so many times, they don't reply most of the time and sometimes respond such as" Your deposit will be refunded via check" or "Our office is closed this week due to their holiday" and they didn't do anything after that. Their business is suspicious and unclear.
