Jason Holloway the technician who did the work was fantastic. Very friendly, very professional and answered all my questions. Took me to the basement and pointed out what he had done. I was very pleased with his work. It's unusual to find someone who takes pride in their work in today's workplace. Highly recommend.
Had to turn my cold water off at sink due to ice maker line having a leak. They came the very next day and replaced my ice maker line with a braided line and installed it's own turn off valve. Only thing I have a problem with is it took him exactly 51 minutes and 2 valves, 1 braided ice maker hose replacement, 1 scoop of Blue Monster Drain Banger. The service was on a Tuesday at 9 am so not an emergency appointment, and cost $479.00. I can buy all the supplies he used for $65 so how does less than 1 hour of work come out to ... read more
