Surprised to see a 1-star review here from a few months ago, because that honestly couldn’t be further from the experience I’ve had with Ridge and his team. Ridge helped us understand all the options when we were looking to replace an old gas hot water system. He recommended a Rinnai heat pump that’s been amazing. Same day the team also removed some gas wall furnaces. I contacted ridge plumbing again about some noisy hot and cold water pipes. Jem came out the same day and did a thorough investigation, identifying a faulty PLV. Did the replacement there and then, reducing the water hammer from the washing machine significantly. Highly recommend ridge and his team.
