I had a broken pipe on my garden tap and called Ridge Plumbing. 55 minutes later the pipe had been replaced and the job finished. Pricing is quite reasonable and service exceptional. I wouldn't expect service that quick every time, I was lucky it was a small job and the team weren't far away, but it shows their commitment to service. They are now my go to plumbers next time I need them. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you.

The guys at Ridge Plumbing are always quick, friendly and efficient. Jem came out on a Saturday and was very thorough in checking everything even though our issue had resolved itself earlier. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are very pleasant to deal with.

Mate what a Championship of a team I called Ridge out a couple of times to keep my Hot Water Service going until I had the money to replace it all together!! He was an absolute legend and didn’t judge me in any way was nothing but helpful and professional and I’m now the proud owner of an instantaneous 20ltr a min hot water service- kids and Mrs absolutely in heaven to the point I’m yelling to them get out lol 😂 But in all seriousness I’m just glad I won’t be needing to worry about hot water for the rest of our lives in thi... read more

I could highly recommend Ridge Plumbing. Jem and Mitch changed some shower washers which they did efficiently and cleanly. They were polite and professional.

This guy attended my rental property to provide a quote for replacing a broken electric hot water tank. He quoted an excessive price of $2,900. When I questioned the high cost, he insisted on charging a call-out fee, despite being there only to provide a quote. Upon my refusal, he threatened to report me to Energy Safe Victoria. I subsequently had the tank replaced by a reputable contractor for $1,890. Based on this experience, I find this person to be untrustworthy and unprofessional.
