Never expected to have such a positive experience. The education received from Lisa, on how to protect my lower back allowed me to resume activity curtailed 20 yrs ago out of fear of reinjury. There is a class that Lisa is conducting Oct. 2016 Thursdays 1-2 that I highly recommend. After a few weeks I've stopped shirking activity and excited about the future. Prior Pilates education didn't come close to this. Pam provided excellent insight and motivation for me to stretch, no punches pulled. Go here.
