Staff in Westerville were great and helpful. But "groups" were mostly just 2-3 people in a room. Call staff and billing support in Cincinnati were trash. Rude, condescending attitudes and couldn't be more bothered by having to talk to you. They just want your money.
I've been in the IOP program for about 5 weeks and so far I am very impressed. I like that they provide individual counseling with the IOP group sessions and that they have an after care program. Recently I completed IOP at The Ridge Columbus and am in aftercare. It has been a great experience and perfect step down.
Phenomenal staff, beautiful facility, and elite programming and support. I couldn’t recommend highly enough. The Ridge is hands down the best center in Ohio.
