Had a sudden water leak and was calling around fast to find someone who could figure it out. i reached R&l Plumbers, and ian arrived within a couple of hours, found the source of the problem, and fixed it right away. We had a sudden plumbing leak that caused water damage in the master shower, bedroom carpet, and part of the wall. I called R&l Plumbers, and Ian arrived quickly to inspect everything and start the water cleanup and drying work right away with Brett. Consider this a 6-star review for R&l Plumbers. If there were a Hall of Fame for plumbing companies, they would belong in it. We run a very busy restaurant every day, with nonstop kitchen use, heavy dishwashing, and long cleanup hours, so when our drain lines backed up, it became a serious problem fast. i can’t say enough good things about this plumbing team. They were very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to when they first installed our water heater. They took time to explain the whole installation process in simple terms, answered our questions, and made sure we understood how everything worked. The home is older and the work area was tough to access, but they handled the job with a great attitude, all smiles and no complaints.
