R&l Plumbers sent Ian and Brett out to replace part of my water lines to the wash tub and update the hot and cold water valves. They went above and beyond, installing the new valves, pipes, and faucet I asked for, plus adding shutoff valves, cleaning the drain, and testing the washer cycle before they left. We really appreciate Ian and Brett coming out to our home in Zephyrhills for the plumbing work. They did an excellent job. They showed up on time, were professional and easy to talk to, and took care of all of our plumbing issues efficiently. They also checked our water heater and found it was close to failing. They replaced it before it could cause a major leak, water damage, a big cleanup, or leave us without hot water. i usually handle most plumbing repairs on my own, but this shower valve issue got the best of me. the moen cartridge was stuck tight in the valve body and would not come out. I called for plumbing service after seeing their trucks, and they were able to schedule me the same day. The person on the phone was very professional, and before the plumber arrived they sent over details and a photo of Brett, which i thought was very helpful.
