A couple of yrs ago a doctor at Ridge Meadow practice was accepting new patients, I was accepted, after having a phone consultation to determine If I would be a good fit for the doctor,it felt more like screening then a meet and greet, this process was new to me. . My first appointment I felt somewhat disappointed her manarisam was abrupt and condescending, not a good start! but because I had been on a waiting list for some time I was greatful for having been accepted. Pretty useless. Go in with an urgent problem because I don’t have access to a family doctor. Maple ridge urgent care nurse called back, refused to see me and told me to go to my family doctor. Maple ridge healthcare for the win yet again….
Front desk ladies are extremely rude and unprofessional, acted like every person was wasting their time. Dismissed my issue and said it was my fault and that my crying should fix the issue
