I am extremely disappointed with the care I received. I attended with a bloodshot eye producing pus, and the infection was already beginning to spread to my second eye. Despite having obvious symptoms of an infection, I was told by the nurse that it was simply allergies,even though I have no history of allergies whatsoever. Tried calling multiple times between 2 and 3 PM on Monday ( extended hour day) and the phone line says that they’re closed and to call back during regular business hours.
They brought me into a private room and told me the doctor would be with me in 5 minutes, 50 minutes later the doctor came. Excellent care provided otherwise, and I completely understand the wait. Useful for urgent medication and insight if you're unsure whether to go to the hospital or not.
The Receptionist manning the front desk is rude, belligerent, and incredibly dismissive. Be aware of a mid twenties overweight woman with black hair because she clearly Does not belong in healthcare whatsoever After having a buzz to come in and allowing me in and having me fill out the forms necessary to see someone, I was then told there’s no doctor to see me. And then after I fill out the forms again, she didn’t told me that there was no nurse to see me. What’s the point of being open if no one is actually there to provide... read more
