I was just at the orthodontist for my appointment on nov7. When i arrived I was checked in and sat down to wait. There was a new receptionist being trained while i was waiting there and i could tell she was having a bit of a hard time which is totally understandable. There was a blonde lady at the front desk who is there majority of the time i go in for appointments who was training this new receptionist.
