Rude front desk staff. Cut you off while speaking, & condescending. Interrupted their own colleague who was trying to speak to me. Declined to allow me to speak with clinic management. Very disappointing people like this exist when customer speaks politely. If this is their customer service attitude it’s not worth pursuing further consultations.

I had a wonderful experience with Ridge Meadows Maternity Clinic. They took such great care of me throughout both my prenatal and postpartum journey. The doctors are truly amazing—knowledgeable, compassionate, and always reassuring. The nurses and staff were equally incredible, always kind, supportive, and attentive to every detail. I felt genuinely cared for every step of the way. I’m so grateful for the whole team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional maternity care.

So unorganized. Front desk doesn’t answer the phone or get back to important messages. The doctor also doesn’t follow up about lab results without being reminded, so definitely check your own results at home to be on the safe side. The quality of care just isn’t the best.
