Very nice and caring medical team.
So unorganized. Front desk doesn’t answer the phone or get back to important messages. The doctor also doesn’t follow up about lab results without being reminded, so definitely check your own results at home to be on the safe side. The quality of care just isn’t the best.
Called in today as I accidentally went to the maternity unit instead of the clinic today for my appointment - my mistake and called Sheryl to let her know I was running a few minutes behind as so did the staff from the maternity unit. She denied my appointment and told me I missed it when I called in a week earlier to confirm my appointment along side my partner. I came to this clinic for my pregnancy and I am truly very happy with the service that I received. The receptionist is very sweet and would always take the time to greet me! All of the doctors were knowledgeable and friendly. This was for my first pregnancy so I didn’t know what to expect, but all of the doctors did a great job at monitoring my health throughout my second and third trimester and ensured I was aware of what blood work/vaccines I needed. I would highly recommend this clinic!!
Had both my children through this clinic. All doctors and staff were nothing but kind and Patient (same with the hospital). The clinic is clean and newly renovated. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Kok.
