Best experience ever
I had a wonderful experience with Ridge Meadows Maternity Clinic. They took such great care of me throughout both my prenatal and postpartum journey. The doctors are truly amazing—knowledgeable, compassionate, and always reassuring. The nurses and staff were equally incredible, always kind, supportive, and attentive to every detail. I felt genuinely cared for every step of the way. I’m so grateful for the whole team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional maternity care.

So unorganized. Front desk doesn’t answer the phone or get back to important messages. The doctor also doesn’t follow up about lab results without being reminded, so definitely check your own results at home to be on the safe side. The quality of care just isn’t the best.
Called in today as I accidentally went to the maternity unit instead of the clinic today for my appointment - my mistake and called Sheryl to let her know I was running a few minutes behind as so did the staff from the maternity unit. She denied my appointment and told me I missed it when I called in a week earlier to confirm my appointment along side my partner.
