This is the dirtiest and poorly run hospital I’ve ever been to. Staff are rude. Refer to people as “that old lady over there”. I watched a woman with dimentia wander around in circles. Doesn’t remember how she got there and lost her purse. They made me sit in white hot pain for 6 hours before giving me pain meds. Treated me like I shouldn’t be here. It was outrageous. This hospital needs a full audit.
I have been here a few times now amd have to say that ill keep coming back (when I have to at least). The ER staff is top notch. Everyone is kind, patient and professional. The medical imaging (MRI and CT) is amazing, would definitely get scanned here again. Overall is a positive experience for me at Ridge Meadows Hospital every time I have been so I would recommend it for you next emergency, scan or visit. Just for the love of God, someone pay these people more money and give them more funding!
Great community hospital, but could get overly busy especially in the afternoon
Today was hard. Thank you Ridge Meadows Hospital I am grateful. I wanted to thank the team again. You have been there to help me through several difficult situations and I am truly grateful to everyone.
