Meanwhile me as an Immigrant looking for better life, travelling back home(a third world country according to Canada) so I can be visited by a doctor who can see me under an hour and give the best diagnosis. Dont be a Joke Canada. Do better.

This hospital is absolutely terrible. It feels like whenever a patient actually needs help, the nurses would rather do anything except care for them. My father was in and out of Maple Ridge Hospital for two months, and he was in far better condition before he ever went there. They kept pumping him full of medications that only made him worse. I came in there a few weeks ago with a racing heart. The woman at intake was VERY rude to me, telling me I just have anxiety and to calm down. Once I got passed the intake, I sat for fifteen hours and ended up leaving because I couldn’t take it anymore. Three days ago I went to Eagle Ridge hospital for the same thing. Within an hour they had me in a bed on IV. Within three hours they had me diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I was going through a THYROID storm. This could have killed me.

Speak to someone regarding the lack of care for an admitted female for bleeding oesophagus and swollen legs and feet. She was very poorly cared for she was pushed out to the hall / corridor , no warning just pushed out there nothing plugged in , just in time for her partner to arrive and take her home . Partner is unwell but feels he can do a better job than the nurses are doing at the hospital.
